None of the credit card machines were working! I tried two different pumps and neither of them worked. I was going to fill up but I didn't because I had to go inside to pay and I was not leaving a deposit so I only put $20, because I don't know how much it would have taken to fill up, and I wasn't going to wait on a refund! They clerk was great and understanding but the rest of the visit was very unpleasant! Don't think I will go back unless it's an absolute emergency!

Need to pay closer attention to Customer Safety and make sure all Lighting is working on all Gasoline Pumps to Read Totals, pumps to dispense receipts, all Overhead lights should be in good working order! Very Dissatified!, had to go inside to get my receipt and wait due to your cashier being so slow and space was very limited while waiting!

Paid outside, waited for receipt, never came. Had to walk inside and wait while 1 clerk waited on 3 people. There was another clerk behind the couner , but she was much too busy to wait on anyone. These pumps are always out of paper. Are you too cheap to fill the machines, or just flat too lazy

Where do I start? First, the attendants are so busy on their cell phones and cutting up they NEVER greet you or say thank you. Second, the pump key pads NEVER work, and you have to go from one pump to the other to find one that works. Third, They are always out of certin types of tobacco products and huff and puff when they get asked questions, like it is a waste of their time. ONe of the most awful places I have been into in a while. Rude, nasty and just plain run into the ground.

I bought a car wash, receipt did not print out, so I had to go inside and wait for 5 people to check out, one took forever to choose a lottery ticket. Other Murphy stations have pumps that work. These pumps seldom work from start to finish. Sometimes the screen don't work, over half the time the receipts do not print out. I have been very patient and continued to shop at this Murphy's, but doubt if I will come back to this one. I can go three more blocks and find a pump that always works.

Went to 3 pumps before found one working. No water available to clean windows. Clerks very uncaring about problems. Don't seem to want to be bothered with doing their jobs

Had to move to the 3rd pump to find a keypad that worked.

At first pump, the "yes" and "no" buttons did not work, so I had to wait a long time for the questions to cycle through. Thus, I could not get a receipt because the "yes" button did not work. Second pump, for diesel, did not work after I had already swiped my card. I got a receipt for "$0.00". I had to drive to another diesel pump which finally worked correctly. This has been a problem for some time at this location, either pump does not work or the screen buttons do not work, and they don't get fixed!

The first pump that I went to, hung up when I pushed the car wash button, tried 3 times to reset, gave up and went to another pump. At the second pump the screen did not work. Went to 3rd pump, waited, finally pumped gas, waited for receipt, there was none. Had to go inside to wait in line to get my receipt for the car wash. This is a common occurrence at this gas station. Receipts do not print, screens do not work, etc. You need to either fix them or install new pumps, these came over on the mayflower.

This Murphys use to be one of the best.... they kept it clean and everything was working. There were windshield cleaning stations at every pump and all the pumps had working key pads so a credit card could be used..... now this place is a SHAMBLES! There are only 3 pumps that even have a windshield cleaning station and 2 of those don't have squeegees!! They used to have sudsing windshield solution at the windshield stations and now, there's just water at the 2 that have squeegees. This location was SO convenient for me, but I am going to drive an additional mile to start getting gas at a Valero, that has everything working. Murphys needs to come, unannounced, to this location and watch from a distance and see that what I'm saying is true....... bad, bad, bad.
