Non Professionalism and high customer service provided. The attitude of most of the reps. I have been living in this area for 15 years and the customer service is declining every year. I will go 5 miles up the street to North Richland Hills because they provide a lot better customer service. Professionally I am in the Insurance industry and I am BIG on customer service. If they have a name tag on, I will address them by they name. I still go to this location because of a young lady that gives GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! As such, I asked her name several years ago and she told me Shay. She address me by my name, for she saw in on the credit card. She see me coming and already have what I am coming for ready. That "GREAT" customer service. You all need more employee like that.

Highly satisfied is hard to do when all I'm doing is getting gas. Everything was as I expected.

Murphy stations at WalMart do not have enough room for the traffic that goes through these stations. This makes it hard to maneuver my long bed quad cab truck.

My car uses diesel fuel and I find that every time I refuel the pump handle for diesel is filthy/gummy with fuel and just plain dirty. No one ever seems to clean it. I use paper towels to keep my hands somewhat clean but always have to odor of diesel fuel on them after refueling. I would use another station but I like the price reduction by using my WalMart card to pay by the month. I have never used the restroom and the driveway is usually pretty clean.
