I bought 1 carton of Marlboro Black 100's and 3 singles packs of Marlboro Black Menthol 100's. The carton was in a white carton with black lettering that states Do not sell as a carton, and the single packs state .50 cents off on each pack. I was not given the discount on the single packs. When I called the cutsomer service number, 855-301-9523, the person simply transferred my call to the store, they did not help me at all. Also, in the past when they have not had a fulll carton, the attendant woulld not sell me 10 single packs for the carton price. This has happened at serveral of your locations near the 76137 zip code. Please look into this matter and let me know the findings of your investgation. Thank You, Lesly Jackson capjack11@yahoo.com

Last several fill-ups using Walmart card, both my wife and I did not receive discount. finally printer out a receipt to double check

No indication that the fuel pump would not dispense fuel. I inserted my credit card, it responded like normal to put in my zip code, then it asked me to select fuel to dispense, but it would not dispense the fuel. I had to cancel the transaction and a good thing I had requested printed receipt to have confirmation that a Zero dollar charge was on my credit card. But I had wasted time doing this needing fuel. So I went down the road to a QT and fueled my vehicle with no problems. And if there was a sign showing this station was closed, it must not have been obvious to many people because there were many doing this same thing while I was there.

When I tried to pay at the pump with my Walmart credit card I had to pay with the attendant. Every time that happens I do get the cents off that I should.

I was purchasing gas on Pump 9 and noticed a mouse trap with cheese on top of the Pump. I had almost placed my hand on the mouse trap. I contacted the attendant and he did not remove it. This is dangerous and even if a mouse is caught, do you want a dead mouse sitting on top of the gas pump when patrons arrive? I don't feel this was a well thought out plan.

No discount with my SAMs card. Card reader took far to long to read my card (minutes). I was stuck having to listen to annoying advertisements the entire time

Poor customer service... Long line outside in the heat... Worker didn't ask two separate smokers to stop smoking & scared others around gas pumps... said she had no help & she couldn't leave her counter with a long line! We could've all been killed in a gas explosion! INSANE!!!!!!!!!

Gas pumps didn't work. That was very irritating, as the gas prices went up the next day. One Attendant acted as if she couldn't be bothered but the other one was nice.
