Highly satisfied means that they pump gas for you and check the oil and clean your windshield.

The pump reader wouldn't go on to what I came into the station for; just to buy gas. It tried twice to make me buy the other stuff it was selling. It was cold and I just wanted to get gas and get in my car and get warm. Sorry to have to tell you all this but you ask.
