In this experience, my cashier was obviously new, and you had a more experienced cashier standing behind and off to the side being very bossy with the new employee. She did so using a very loud voice, and basically "took over" any level of customer service conversation that the new employee was supposed to be directing, and I can only imagine how the new employee felt. The more seasoned employee (name may be Angela) felt it more important, apparently, to "explain" to her new employee that my brand of cigarettes (Capri JADE) is "jade, which is green, it's a SHADE of green, but jade is green, that's why they call it 'jade', because it's green", than she did thanking me for my visit, or offering me anything else, or making sure the customer was satisfied. Even the new cashier looked at me, sort of as if to say "See? THIS is what I'm dealing with.". You can train in small spaces, even with public interaction, and berate or belittle your employees.

Don't usually rate highly satisfied on any product ... like the service ... but the turn over is to high at this location

The digital display for the payment at the pump was not working properly.
