The safety seal on the pump I used was damaged and I didn't realize it until after I had slipped my card. I checked it out and it didn't look like anything had been attached to take credit card numbers but I am concerned about it since the seal was broken.

Very rude clerk. The way she presented herself and her tone of voice. Very rude, ugly attitude and personalitly. Not a person that Murphy should have working for

Worker was busy on a personal phone call. She didn't know what pump I was on- I was the only one there at that time. Never put phone down. Did not say hi or come back again. I did not care to hear her personal comments to person on phone. Her attude was rude and she should not be working at a public place.

Pulled up to pump gas and most importantly to use Additech. Swiped credit card and everything was working fine. Started, but pump would not work. Cancelled and tried again. This time I got about 5 cents worth and it stopped. Lights to the facility then shut-off. It appeared other people were able to pump gas. Tried different pump, and again it would not let me pump gas. Facility lights came back on, so I assumed there was a hiccup in the pump system. After about 10 minutes of trying and re-trying, I went to the attendant. She said the pumps were off because closing time was 11:30. I told her she needs to let customers know so we do not waste time pumping gas. There was some non-employee that got involved that had some relation to the attendant. This person was cussing at me because I was telling the attendant to let others know about pump shut off. I just drove 6 hours non-stop across Texas and this delayed me getting home. I just wanted to pump gas and move on with my life. If the place was closed, someone either should have informed me or posted a sign. Hours of operation, if posted, are not obviously displayed.

I was fueling my car at the pump. I answered the question, "Do you want a receipt?" with a "Yes." When I finished my fueling, the monitor said, "Printing receipt." But, no receipt printed. The gentleman next to my pump also did not get his receipt printed. We both had to go to the cashier's window and have her print a receipt. I told her that the pump must be out of paper because the monitor said that it was printing a receipt, but it didn't. It did not seem to matter to the cashier that I was inconvenience in having to go to her window to get my receipt. What is the use of paying at the pump if I have to go to the cashier's window to retrieve my receipt? I use to work retail. It takes NO TIME at all to replace receipt paper. There is NO EXCUSE for this.

i have paid at the pump many different places and i have never had $100.00 taken out of my account for $10.00 worth of gas I was supposed to go to my graand tduation ceremony out of town and i will not be able to get there which ruined a goal of mine that i have had my whole life all because of this incident. I hope to never use this company again now i will not get to walk a stage. i tried so hard to achieve that one goal.
