For the last several months, there have been problems with the gas pumps. I've been going here since the station was built and have never had problems like this. The pumps either take 10 minutes for a couple of gallons or don't work at all. I've stopped going there for several weeks at a time hoping the problems would get fixed and they never do. Today, once again there were several people very unhappy with the gas service they received. The attendant was like a deer in the headlights. Hopefully the problem will be fixed soon.

Attendant didn't give me my lottery tickets, now I have to drive over ten miles to get them.

Having to go to the register to get a receipt negates any savings at the pump. The door on my side of the station was also broken and you had to go to the door on the other side of the station. Then as usual I have to wait for people that are trying to buy other stuff. What a hassle.

The cigarettes I was trying to purchase and do purchase everyday were out yet again 3 weeks in a row. When does the computer catch up with the demand? And how does the computer know it needs to order more of the cigarettes I buy there daily if you run out ahead of next delivery. The brand is Pall Mall menthal light shorts. I am being patient for now but having to leave your store and go to Sheetzs for a second stop for one product is getting old fast. I will eventually just stop going to your place for gas and cigarettes thinking you are going to be out anyway.

The gas spills over when full. This is the only place where it happens.

You have a sign that says your company "guarantee low" prices and "guarantee in stock" on cigarettes. When I went inside to purchase them I was told they were not in stock....when I asked about the "guarantee", I was blown off. So PLEASE tell me the fine print on this "guarantee"?

The pumps were running extremely slowly. As well, I witnessed many people getting upset with the attendant. She seemed very flustered and a little upset. It was not her fault whatsoever, but I guess everyone needs someone to blame. I didn't think it was right. It sounds like the gas filters need to be replaced.

The attendant was rude, I had to ask for my receipt and she was rude and annoyed that I asked for it. there was No, thank you and no, have a nice day ,just a blank Stare waiting for the next customer.
