It seems your putting the screws to us here in Marshall, texas. You have regular unleaded 2.09 and in Longview, texas it's 1.92 a gallon with the card. When you go up here everyone in Marshall goes up. Right now in Marshall your the highest priced gas in town ? Please try to keep the price of gas in east texas close to the same price.

I put my credit card in the reader it asked me to enter my zip code, the answer came back to lift the handle and select the fuel, then nothing happened, the pump did not begin, so I canceled that transaction and had to begin again. Thank You, William Prague,

The viewing screen on pump # 8 is very difficult to read the directions. As a reslut, I didn't get the correct amount of fuel additive that I selected.

The first pump I went to (#12) was hung up on pre-pay. So I went to pump 2. The instruction screen was very difficult to read. I filled the gas tank on my van (14.3 gallons) and requested a receipt but didn't get one at the pump. I had to go to the attendant, request a receipt which she gave me. Since this pump must be out of paper, I moved around to pump 10 to fill my 2 gas cans. Pump 10 however refused to take my Walmart gift card which worked fine at pump 2. I took the 2 cans over to pump 11 which took my card and obtained 6.5 gallons for my lawnmowers. You need to fix your pumps, especially where the screens cannot be read properly. I may be looking at taking my business elsewhere if I keep having these problems here.

I use this station all the time and I would say without hesitation, at least 20-30% of the time there is a problem with the pump: Doesn't work, won't read card, meter hard to read, out of paper and having to go inside to pay when I have a fairly new WM credit card. Would go elsewhere, but I own a few shares of Murphy stock and believe in buying products I'm invested in, plus you're usually cheaper. But if more attention is not given to the poor performance of the pumps, I guess I'll start paying a little more and go elsewhere. Sam's pumps always seem to work fine, why can't yours?

First, the Credit Card readers were not working properly which was causing a delay in fuel pumping and lines were long. Not the stores fault as I believe there was power outage the evening before. Could have prevented the long wait if a Sign was posted @ pumps or store door of the problem. My main concern was the Metal Lid that covers the under ground fuel tanks was off and as I pulled up to a pump to wait I heard a terrible screeching and felt a bump motion under my vehicle. The lid was caught on my axle/steeling bar and dragged. Caused scratches under my vehicle. I notified the attendant of my problem and my concern I stayed for an additional 5 to 10 minutes after pumping hoping someone would go out and fix this concerning problem. Never did fix it while I was there!
