I was highly satisfied because the staff was very helpful and very very nice and greeted me with a smile and ask about my day. The device was fast and I had no line to wait in which is always a good thing.

Ease of getting in, getting out. Price great. Using gift card, don't have to go to window, saves time. Seems we're always in a hurry.
