the pump will not automatically pump and its been broken for quite sometime now

I had to wait a few minutes for the arrendant to show up so I could pay cash before I pumped. She may have been in the bathroom or something, but there was no one at the counter and a few minutes' wait to pay.

This location is not convenient to my usual route. The pump was running really fast so I had a hard time topping my tank. The pump kept shutting off.
