I am upset, because after buying the gas for 1:43, everywhere I went by, had gas for 1:28 or lower. I went and got gas at loves for 1:28. Well, unroll gas is the same price as every one else, I won't be buying gas there! No way!Mary maranell

It's the same 2 reasons over and over. 1) you're always having to go stand in line at the counter to get a receipt you should be able to get at the pump because the employees are too lazy to keep the printers stocked. 2) when you do go to the counter, they all act like you're putting them out and not friendly at all.

Temperture was 22 degrees with a strong north wind. These pumps seem to have a chronic problem with their receipt printers not working.

Attendant was not able to enter the roll-back code on the keypad at her register. This was a NEW keypad also.

The attendent ran my fuel purchase as a cash purchase by accident and had to ask the manager for help since i was paying by card. The manager then came up, was very rude and hateful when my wife who was at the pump started to pump gas into our car thinking i had paid. As I was leaving the manager in question then smarted off about how this would of been easier had she (my wife) not pumped gas. The attendent had done nothing wrong but the manager was very hateful and rude to the attendent and myself. She needs to be spoken to regarding customer service. Will be coming back as a comtinuing customer only because i have used yall for years.

I'm not getting my discount on my fuel for using my Wal mart credit card . This is the second time this has happened , why should I use this if I'm not getting the discount I was told I'd get for using my Wal mart card !

The windshield cleaning water needs to be replaced. Very dirty.

The price sign on the outside of your store isn't the same price you have on the pumps

There is a sign in the grassy area that says 100% gas is $2.07/gallon, pumps say $2.25 and $2.28, I paid $2.28/gallon and then receipt did not print out. Went to the window to tell the person working there and he said there was nothing he could do about this, he did not change the pumps and that was all he could do was say sorry. So I was charged $3.71 to much for my gas. If I had known the price on the pump did not match the price you were advertising in the grass I would not have stopped here.

This is the second time that I have come to this location and found the security tape broken on the pump. This is my second complaint and with the issues facing credit card users I don't feel comfortable using pumps with no securit tape. This location is horrible about not using security tape and I am concerned about card reader fraud at these pumps. I have been buying gas here ever since I moved here but lately it has become a source of worry that I don't need.
