They have been out of the e-liquid I get at Murphy for over 1 month now, and I was told 2 weeks ago it was ordered but is still not in.

the clerk put money on wrong pump. paid with my wal-mart debit card and was told I had to pay for purchase with card and refund will be back on card within 24hrs. still not on card. called card services and was told that my credit won't be on card until 14th of may. my other purchace was on ASI Trace#387 survey # 342 043 667 768. cashier name Hunter Alan.

Pump would not read credit card. Gas pump started & stopped. Attendent said I would HAVE TO GUESS HOW MUCH FUEL I needed and put amount on card ahead of time. Therefore, I only put $10 on card and therefore, I did not purchase (receive) twice that amount I could have purchase. WHAT A CRAZY SYSTEM. I probably will NOT return to this station!!!!!

This is the Third time in the last three weeks that I have not gotten a receipt at the machine and had to go to the cashier. This was at three different machines. The machine today the cashier told me she had just fixed it. All the machine are ready for the junk pile. The screens are difficult to read because they are not backlit and the screens are light grey and the letters in a darker grey. The price at murphy's is no better than at shell next door. The only advantage in coming to shell is the 3 cents that we save because we use a walmart gift card. I intend to complain to walmart that they allow themselves to be associated with such a firm as yours. One that does not seem to care about the quality of service they offer to walmarts customers.

I have complained about the fact that the pumps have no backlighting to the screen so you can not read them. Today it was before the overhead lights came on which made it worse. I did verything to start the pump that i could but it finally shut down and printed out a zero receipt. When I complained to the staff they said that they have requested backlighting for the pump screens but Murphys have failed to provide them. I was also upset that with a 7 cent disc + 3 cents for walmart gift card i was really only saving 2 cents because gas stations outside ocala along hwy 40 were selling gas for 2.179 and I paid 2.159 So why bother tying money up in a walmart gift card if the gas supplier is artifically inflating the price.

Unable to get receipt at pump most of the time. Have contacted home office or Murphy USA but they do not care to correct the problem. Always some excuse why customer is unable to get receipt at pump.
