When I was getting ready to stop the pump, it jutted out and squirted gasoline on me, my car and ground. i have to go to store reaking of gasoline. i know how to pump gas obviously; not my fault. also defeats purpose of getting less expensive gas. Plus no sound on supposed video playing.

Entered my credit card and tried to complete all request before proceeding to pump fuel but it got stuck and I could no select NO For option to enhance fuel performances. Had to go inside...pumped was cleared..I informed Daniel Dav but was told it worked for others who used that pump. I informed...its not working properly now! He proceeded to ask how much fuel I wanted...I stated $20.00. I got a reciept for the 20 I do hope that with it not taking the full amount my credit card is credit with the difference. I went back out to pump but had to continue pressig level up and down several times in order to clear pump.

Had driven by your other Murphy location before stopping by this one and they were .08 less per gallon. Next time I will get fuel at that location and not wait to stop on my way home at this location. Why would your other locations be different prices???????????? I'm sure you paid the same.

After paying for gas I went in the store to buy smokeless tobacco products The attendant was not knowledgeable of products. After several times telling her, and point out directions to the product that was on-sale, I leave in frustration that I could not buy the product even though it on the shelf and on-sale. This my 3rd attempt to buy smokeless tobacco products at this store and had problems. The first time I was overcharged for purchase, the second time the attendant failed to honor the sale price for smokeless tobacco product even though the sale price was posted at the pump and inside the store.

The attendant performance was too slow. We had a long line and everyone were waiting for their turns. Suddenly this guy just walk through and hand her a $10 Bill and said pump 5. She realized the guy skipped the line, she was not bothered. I walked out and pay at the pump. The service was not friendly so the outside. Thrash everywhere and there was an oil leak at the very first pump near the main entrance. Pretty much everyone step on it. It was not satisfactory at all.

While at the pump getting gas, I noticed a sticker attached to the pump, in advertisement for Wolf smokeless tobacco for $3.19 per can. I went inside to purchase 2, 5 rolls of this product. Clerk would not honor price posted at the pump. Stated it was wrong, price change. I had a previous same experience at this location, over charged for product. I requested several times to honor the price posted, clerk would not. Very willing to make this right with customer. If price was wrong, someone should have removed the sticker on all the pumps. Left this store unhappy, and vowed not to return to make any future purchase here or any Murphy Store, as a customer I wasn't treated fairly. Poor customer service/experience.

I purchase a carton of cigarettes every two weeks there which I have found to be the most affordable along with gas the attendants at this location are always friendly it is a one stop shop for me when I need to purchase gas, cigarettes and lottery and convenient because they allow me to use credit card for lottery purchases which many places do not allow I am very satisfied with this store and the cashiers are great also it is very close to home.

Charletha T is a thief & scams custmrs by not scanning all scratch off tickets. This is not the 1st time she's done it to me but this time I had proof. 2-Bonus Crswd each win $3 & 2-Gold Rush each win $4. Cashier ran 3 out of 4 tickets & told me I won $11. I wasted 40 mins while she kept lying! I threatened to call the police & refused to leave. She ran ALL the tickets again after many calls to Niery her mgr. then paid me the add'l $3 owed to me when the ticket was actually scanned!! No apologies just more rudeness!! You're employing a rude thief!!

The cashier was more worried about getting back on her cell phone she was even hollering to the person hold on girl I'm coming. The cashiers name is Michelle.
