1st time since we, the Riverside Neighborhoods assisted with the official building & opening of this site, actually encounted someone actually cleaning off the gas pumps, BUT , never a word of 'courtesy NOT a word of Good Morning, is there anything else we can assist U with!" Just a common PERSONAL GREETING would have gone a long way to any of your customers. Another testiment, 'TRAINING is very rare & customer service is OUT THE WINDOW. Wish for our younger generation, they had the training we SENIORS as youngsters.

sometime as far as product goes when it come to buying smokes I prefer my cigs in boxes and most of the time all you have is solft packs and sometimes no in booth
