Great customer service and gas prices are great

The first pump I attempted to operate hung up during the process of processing my card. It took over three minutes for the pump to finally cancel my transaction and I was getting concerned that my card would be compromised. After canceling the first transaction I moved to another pump and was happy at the speed of pumping fuel. After filling my tank I checked my gas mileage(as is my habit) and l was highly surprised that my normal gas mileage of 18-20 mpg was now 16.7. This is a very big difference and has me concerned that the gauge on the pump was off. This gas station isn’t in the best part of town and I did not feel comfortable trying to resolve this issue at the time of the event. The only reason I visited this station was because of the price. But since l suspect an issue with the accuracy of the pumps I no longer trust the advertised value of the indicated price.

Prices are great in the neighborhood

I tried to explain to the cashier that the price was wrong and she might want to go and change it or see if her manager will so that way they wont have any problems if it got changed. The cashier snapped a attitude with me. When I asked who was the manager now because I used to work there. She was real rude and said I can't give that to you in a snobby way. I have always went to this location to get cigs, gas and drinks.So now I think I will just either not go when she is there or fine me another spot to go... I have never had a problem so something needs to get done...

She charged me for two big Red Bull's but I had one little one and then one big one.

The card reader a Pump was not working properly and after more than six or seven attempt to use card, I moved to Pump 8 which worked as it should, pumped my gasoline (filled tank) and was on my way with no other problems.

Pulled in fueling lane. Could not get gas. Attendant in lane with cones smoking. After I put my car in park, she put a cone in front of my car so that I could not get gas. Several cones blocking fuel lanes. Too much traffic & no where for them to go. No tank trucks were delivering fuel, no one was washing lanes out, etc. Appeared that cones were out to block the traffic from coming in. I for one would have went somewhere else if I had not already parked & would have had more time to go somewhere else. Very rude & disrespectful to the customers today. Behaved as if they didn't want the customers coming in.

The rest room was nasty. It didn't look like it had been cleaned in several days.
