Attempted to pay for my fuel at the pump and I did but when I tried to get a receipt it would not print which is nothing unusual for this particular location then I went to the window to get my receipt and I had to stand there because the attendant was eating and when the attendent opened the window I had to tell the attendant what I wanted the attendent printed off the receipt and never said a word just closed the window

Cashier was not trained properly. I purchased a carton of ciggarettes, half full flavor the other half lights of the same brand, and the cashier charged each pack individually. I also wanted to pay all but $6.00 cash and the rest by my credit card and instead she charged the entire balance to my card and I had to pay the rest cash. When I asked her why she did that she got an attitude and said she was new. I have been purchasing my ciggarettes at this location every week for years and have never had this problem. New employees should not be left alone until they are fully trained and can handle the job and all questions or issues that come up.

I visit this store very often, I buy gas , cigs, and smokeless tobacco here. I always say that I will get on here and fill out the survey but I never do. I have visited Starkville store, Philadelphia store and any other store when I need to something. It is a shame that our store here in Louisville has the rudest customer service ever, no one is ever nice or greets you at this location. I swiped my debit card to pay for my purchase and when I began to enter my pin the cashier hit credit and that isn't how I wanted my card ran but because she was ready to get us out of there she did it without asking. There is a reason it pops up enter your pin, she grabbed the receipt handed it to me and shut the window before I blink a eye. Murphy really needs secret shoppers at this location very often because it isn't just one person it is several of them that is rude. For the public if you don't want you to work leave so someone that needs a job can have it.

Every container for windshield waster was empty and I was barely able to get a receipt before the paper ended. I purchase fuel here almost weekly and more than half the time there is no paper for a receipt. I do not use the same pump all time, so this has occurred at more than one pump for receipt paper. I needed desperately at this visit to wipe the pollen off my windshield and there was not a drop of water in ANY

Im 25. Ive lived in louisville all my life and since murphys was built have came there and gotten my gas and since ive turned 18 have gotten cigarettes. The one time I come to town and forget my id I'm refused service. I get either has or cigarettes almost on a daily basis from either the louisville or Starkville location. Because of that and how the attendant just shut her little sliding door in my face when I tell her my license is on my living room table you have post both my and my wifes service. Her name was della and im sure shes sold me both gas and cigarettes in the past you need better employees
