The area around the pump wasn't clean. The card reader was broken. It still worked but looked bad and made me worried if it was secure.

Being Satisfied is well above what I would give for some places, to be highly satisfied at a pumping station I would need free fuel, besides that, it would be hard to rate any station as highly satisfying.
