Customers should always be made to feel as if they are appreciated even when circumstances happening around them are not their fault. I personally did not get this "feeling" while visiting this particular station. As a result of this, I cannot honestly say that I will send my wife and children there to make a purchase. Honestly!

All the pumps were full and it was very difficult to navigate around other vehicles waiting in the lines to even find a pump to wait at as well as when leaving.

I was satisfied with the gas as far as the price but as far as how much fuel I'm getting I'm very dissatisfied. One particular incident the gas was 1.99 and I put $18 and some change in my tank and My gas hand barley reached have so a couple days later I went to the Texaco and paid $2.18 and put 20.00 in my tank and my gas hand was on full. So I like the price but I don't get the same amount of gas when I go elsewhere and I pay more

Give me my $0.03 discount at the pump...NOT on the statement...

Just a bad experience.

Time spent. Usually the discount for cardholders is reflected at the pump, this time it was not. When I explained to the attendant he said it should be reflected in the receipt, which it was not, then he said it will appear on my bill

I only stopped at this location because my gas light was on. Staff wasn't friendly they didn't even speak when I went in to pay for gas. Only one cashier working as the other cashier was standing around, long line in a small cramped space

A man was soliciting contributions for a shelter for and man approached for contributions for a homeless shelter. He may have been a legitimate supporter of the shelter but I declined to contribute. I do contribute to these types of things - my church, Men's Shelter, CWS/CROP, summer camp for youth, Women's shelter, etc. I think gas stations should bar solicitations of this type.
