The area where the chips and soda are seems dirty, the cashier wasn't too friendly and sometimes there is a big line because there's always one cashier

I had put $50.00 on my prepaid card in walmart, and it did not work, the man in the window told me none of the cards are working to day, he was very nice.

The manager in trying to help was very rude and aggressive. Basically tried to treat me as if I was stealing and kept talking to me when I tried to address the clerk with my card issue. She was very aggressive and confrontational. Very disgusting behavior.

My ticket says my cashier was "Jose M" but i believe this is incorrect because it was a female with a black and red case on her phone. How would i know that? Only due to me staring at her text on her phone as there's a line of customers trying to get gas and move on with their day. Two females were working and the shorter one was moving along and doing her job efficiently. Now i completely understand if i was the first one in line and the employee was checking a quick message as i walked up to the counter, but i was the 3rd person in line when i got there and a few people stacked behind me as i waited. The employee was not doing anything productive except watching her co-worker work and being on her phone as a customer ahead of me hesitated to walk to her side of the counter. She did eventually ring out customers, but this would have not been tolerable if anyone of upper management was supervising. I was not late due to this, so it didnt cause my day to completely go bad, but then again I can only speak for myself. I believe a gas station should prioritize on customer service, considering it is SUPPOSED to be a quick, CONVENIENT stop to a customers true destination.
