Murphy USA

It's not that I was not satisfied, but I wonder why the gas prices at this Murphy USA are not as low as they are at the one in Shreveport, LA.

They seldom carry Virginia Slims Silver Menthol 120's. Though they had them today, most of the time they don't. They even took my name a few weeks ago and promised to order an extra carton (I buy one a week) and still, they didn't have them in the last two weeks.

The original pump I tried to use had a damaged nozzle trigger and would not pump after approving my card and there was no signage indicating the pump was damaged or "out of order". I had to rehang the gas hose and make sure my receipt showed $ 0.00, get back in my vehicle and drive around the station to find a "working" pump. And yes, this was an inconvenience for me since I wear a prosthetic left leg which makes it difficult for me to get in and out of my vehicle.

Cashers was very rude and disrespectful

I payed with a Walmart Money Card and did not receive my discount despite signage at the pumps advertising the discount. The only reason why I deal with the congestion surrounding the Murphy's station is for those savings. Next time, I may not bother and cancel the transation since I now know it didnt correct itself after the transaction was completed.

Because your pumps would not take my card I had to pay inside.

display on the pumps is not brite enough to read. I have to go from pump to pump to find one that I can.

The first thing out of my truck was having to step around a pile of nasty food on the ground...plastic bottles...and a pile of mud (hope it was mud and not poo). The card reader didn't work on the pump so I had to go wait in line. The attendant was nice and apologetic for the card reader malfunction. I just don't like having to dodge nasty stuff trying to get out of my truck!

I stopped at Murphy USA to purchase 3 packs of cigarettes and then water there was a long line 10 people myself and number 11 I waited my turn and got to the window tell the cashier the exact free packs of cigarettes that I wanted she Rings me up and says did you want two or three and I said three ma'am and she mumbled something underneath her breath proceeded to ring me up hitting on the cash register and making a large scene and racket. She then gave me total of 16.30. I told her the sign above her head said 4.88 for a 3 pack purchase. And the total was wrong. She said it wasn't wrong and my total was 16.30.i began to tell her again it was wrong when she interrupted me to tell me there was a 3 dollar credit given to me. And the total was again 16.30 with the ever growing line I laid the correct changed on the counter and she just stared at me mumbled have a GREAT DAY. And still stood staring. I asked could I get a receipt.....in a short tone she grabbed the money wadded it up began to hit buttons/screen very loudly that produce several receipts and handed me mine. She has been the most unfriendly person I have ever seen in my life.
