I usually buy three packs of cigarettes and get 25 cents off my fuel. This time I have to take a survey for 5 cents. Wasn't happy at all.

It was raining and rain running off of the roof got me wet and then had to get my receipt from the attendance at the window instead at the pump.

Punched in 15.00 on gas pump and card was charged 75.00. Talked to attendant and was told there was a hold on the money. We desperately needed the money to pay a bill and now cannot pay until the hold is taken off. We have got gas at many Walmart stations and never had this happen. Would never have known if I hadn't been checking account online at the time. Totally UNACCEPTABLE!!

When the pumped stopped pumping gas, I turned back to the display to see how much gas I pumped and be ready for the "receipt needed" question. I was shocked to see all the numbers flashing and the amount continuing to increase. I ran over to the window, had to wait for a customer and explained the issue. The worker, who stated he had only been on the job 2 weeks, did not know how to resolve my problem. My debit card was charged over $44 when the pump originally stopped around $30--it stated it pumped over 26 gallons of gas into a tank that only holds 25 and was already 1/4-1/3 full. He took a copy of the receipt and my contact info and said the Manager would not be there until Tuesday---this happened yesterday, a Sunday. This is ridiculous. In addition, I drove by that pump again 10 minutes later and he still had not closed it down. I came back by the pump 12 hours later and he still had not closed it down. How many more people were cheated yesterday? We'll see if I even get a call tomorrow. In addition, I will be reporting to the State of Kentucky. If you want to contact me, my name is Jeri Cross 502-510-2201 is my cell phone number.

Please keep your pumps on after hours. I leave for work at 0330 hours and sometimes need to purchase fuel. This is very frustrating and should be a simple change.
