New pumps at this location within the last 3 months or so. Card reader was filthy, for whatever reason, after the pump said begin fueling, it took at least a minute for the pump to recognize whatever it needed to do to be able to pump the fuel, finally it started pumping. Almost like there was air in the line??

I paid with my walmart card and it didnt give me the price it had on the pump

Credit card reader at pump said Walmart Credit Card was not a card accepted. I had to wait in line at window and then estimate how much gas I wished to purchased. I was not able to completely fill up. Never had a problem like this before.

In order to get the $.10 discount per gallon, I have to purchase three pepsi products at $4.50. The attendant rang up each at $1.69 totalling $5.07. Showing her my receipt, I brought the mistake to her attention to which she thanked me but didn't attempt to correct the situation.

Cashiers don't attend quick enough.

Had to use pump three different times and even switch pumps because the pumps just stopped. Someone brought it to the attendant's attention, but nothing was done about it. I added on additech fuel cleaner and the pump stopped, so I could not have the product delivered. I was highly dissatisfied that the price of gas at this station went up from $2.05 just over a week ago to $2.33. I wouldn't have been so bothered if I didn't have to attempt three different times to fill my gas tank due to problems with the fuel pumps.

it was a customer just sitting blocking the gas pump for over 25 minutes. i alerted the gas attendant she fail to ask the customer to remove herself from proventing other customers from getting gas. and gave me the lip services. please review york video camero.

Pump # 6 was blocked by a vehicle bearing NC License Plate DDY-4489. The vehicle had an orange traffic cone in the front and rear of the vehicle. If the vehicle was disabled it should have been moved to an adjacent parking space.

i requested 15.00 on pump 17, however my gas didn't come out of the pump. Less than a minute i went back to the cashier Marie Ameli to explain to her what happen. Suddenly a gentlemen (the cashier next to her) rudely yelled out and said" ma'ma', mama you got your gas." I said back to him, No i did not get my gas. From there it went into a verbal fighting match. i did say to him(you all are crazy ( in a figure of speech) if you all saying i got my gas and i didn't. The gentlemen start yelling and telling me i need to go to another store saying all kinds of rule thing that wasnt even called for. Marie remained quiet and finally walked out and saw i didnt get my gas and moved me to another pump. He was very rude. I will never go back as long as he is there.
