The attendant was having problems with the lottery machine, she asked the lady in front of me to step aside while she restarted the machine. Once I stepped up to the window, she asked me what I needed then started talking on the phone, ignoring me. I stood there at least 4 min and had to repeat what products I wanted to buy. After checking out, there was 6 people in line behind me. I understand everyone has things that go wrong, however be courteous and DO NOT ignore your customers.
