This is not the first time I have had problems paying at the pump at this location. The attandant couldnt tell me if I would still be getting the discounted price and said her manager was outside working on the pumps. I went to ask her and she had an attitude because I walked up on her having a conversation. When I asked her another customer said she was having the same issue with her card. Half the pumps are closed off and cannot be used. I dont think I will be back at this location.

As I said the first pump keypad do not work. Then I had to search for a pump with a security label on it.

I noticed several gas pumps out of order. When I did find a gas pump, the pump sent me to the attendant to use my credit card.

Several card readers at this location have been out of service for many months, but no one seems concerned about it. Will they be fixed before the end of the year?

Pulled up to the pump (#6) and the screen was out. So I had to go to the attendant there was 3 people ahead of me and the attendant was not there stood the for 3 or so minutes. I then took it up on myself to go finding her went to walk around the side of the building and found here in the storage room right when she was walking out with and empty cart. Asked her for help up front and by the time I walked back around there was & people including myself at that time.

Tried to use murphy 5.00 e card clerk did not know how to input into register, ask him to call customer service. Dont have number he said. It was on the wall i could see it. Paid. For product then wen to my carand called customer service myself. They were not helpful at all the clerk told me to call the station manager my self? (Customer service??????) This was the third time i have tried to use this gift from your company and the third time i called you. Guess this inconvenience 5.00 was just a joke from murphy usa. Poor employee, poor customer service rep. Look up calls, kristy capalety, 361-230-0301.. I guess murphy would like me to take my business elsewhere!

The keypads on the pump do not work and there is no sign warning that they do not work. I like to use pay at the pump. It is very aggravating when you get ready to pump gas and then find out the keypad does not work. You have to walk over to the window and wait and then go back to the window to get your card. This has been an on going problem and I am considering paying more for gas somewhere else to relieve the frustration.

Every time I go here I either don't get a receipt when I ask for one at the pump because its out of paper or I have to pay at the register because the card reader on the pump doesn't work.

The last 4 weeks I have tried to get gas and hardly any of the pumps work, the card readers don't work, and it doesn't print receipts because they are always out of paper. I don't want to sit there and wait forever for a pump then get up there and the card reader doesn't work so then I have to stand in line and wait to pay for gas. Then I have to go back up and wait in line AGAIN if I want a receipt! This is ridiculous. I normally use this gas station every week because it's close to my house and convenient but I'm so fed up with something not working every time I go, that I'm going to drive out of my way to use another gas station.
