The attendant offered a special on one of the products i was buying...the 3 pack special on Newport 100s...which i did take advantage of. He asked if i would be needing a lighter which i think is a perfect example of cross selling since i was purchasing cigarettes....i often forget to buy a lighter....however i did not purchase one on this occasion but have in the past.

I choose to pass by other locations just to come to this location because it's fast, easy, best vaule, and the staff is always upbeat and friendly...it's hard to find GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE now days....keep up the great work and I will see y'all tomorrow.
