Murphy USA

The pump area is so congested when there are a bunch of cars trying to fuel up. There is just not enough space in this location to accommodate very many cars and it's difficult to maneuver your car when you're driving around looking for an open pump. It's dangerous and I'm always afraid I'm going to get in an accident. Also, since there is only one cashier, if I have to go inside to buy something I know it will take me an extra 5 minutes to get out of there. Also, 2 of the pumps (one I was going to fill up at) were not taking credit cards, but you didn't know this until you started to fill up. They should've put a sign on the pumps because there was no way I was going to go inside to wait in that line to pay. Sometimes it's so busy that people have to wait outside, which is ridiculous. The inside should be bigger, because people are not just paying for their gas, they're buying snacks and buying lottery tickets and cigarettes which of course are longer transactions which make the wait time longer. Which means more people in that tiny vestibule.

Looked at price on Gas Buddy website and it showed $2.22 for regular and $2.43 plus. But in reality at the pump price was $2.22 for regular and $2.55 for plus. Would be nice if your stations would advertise the correct price and not mislead customers. I could have driven 1/2 mile further and gotten plus grade at Speedway for $2.47, which was as they advertised.

In order for me to be highly satisfied, Murphy USA would need to hire attendants to wait on me like the good old days. Since I do not expect that to ever occur, I expect to be a satisfied customer as long as Murphy USA keeps the price of fuel competitive.

Gas was 20 cents a gallon cheaper 3 miles down the road but this was more convenient at this tine

A very busy area

I don't get all of the conviences here as I do at other gas supplier stores.

I wasn't "Highly Satisfied" with the experience at Murphy mostly because everything that transpired was taken care of by me since this is a self-service gas station. There was nothing wrong with the experience, just nothing that involved anything more than having a working pump that I could access myself.

It was 2 cents higher than other stations

Building not big enough

Lot is too hard to get in and out of. Needs to be upgraded too small for as busy as it is.
