Pumps are always full and some people sit in their cars and chat on phone while pulled up to the pump. Not really Murphy's problem - just rude people.

In order for me to be highly satisfied, I would have no waiting times at the location I go to. However, the location I go to is the closest to my home and ALWAYS a very BUSY location. Plus I almost always wait till I'm almost out of gas (gauge reading E), before I fill up. By the time my gauge hits E, I figure I don't have enough feul left to drive to another location that is 10-15 miles away. I would be highly satisfied if there were no waiting times whatsoever.

pumping gas is not something I rate as Highly Satisfied. It had nothing to do with your company.
