In surveys, we usually do not rate any kind of business as Highly Satisfied. The only time we would do that is when it is "very clean". People going in-and-out of a business cause a business to look bad, as far as cleanliness goes, unless you have a hired employee there to pick up trash off the ground, etc..

The windshield cleaners were not stocked with clean fluid, so washing my windshield actually made my truck more dirty.
