I NEEDED 2 OF THE "Blue Def" and could not reach but one. The Lady came out and reached the bottom shelf and picked it up for me. I ask her name and it was Rosemary. I said "Thank you so much Rosemary, at my age it is hard to get some things. She said you are welcome, anytime you need help, just ask.
