The first two pumps did not work. They card reader did not work. There was no "out of service" sign...only frustrated customers trying to use the units. I drove around to the other pumps and they worked. However, the ground around the pumps was covered with either oil or anti freeze. People were slipping because it was not cleaned up. I fell down and into the pump from the oil that was on the ground. I ripped my pants, skinned my elbow from slamming into the pump and bruised my ankle. I went to tell the attendant and she gave me a look basically saying "what do you want me to do about it?" She finally got up and threw some sort of cat litter on it. No apology. Didn't care if I was OK...even after I showed her my bleeding elbow (go check out the security camera.) NEVER will I buy gas at a Wal-Mart AGAIN. Your people are terrible, your pumps are terrible and you ability to solve problems is terrible.
