The attendant seemed to be frustrated. Perhaps having more than one employee at the location during busy operating hours would help.

Attendant seemed as though she didn't want to be there or provide help. I stood at the window for quite some seconds before she even showed recognition that I was there. I am there weekly & whenever she's at the window I get the same response that she truly doesn't want to be there. All other attendants are pleasant, welcoming & helpful, her...never a smile & barely a greet. Once, not this evening tho, the line was long, which was no problem but by the time I got to the window I drew a blank for the pump number. I replied, "oh no! Which number" before I could ask her to let me verify with my son, who was waiting to pump, she blurted out, "look! it's not my fault if you give me the wrong number & someone else pump, you'll just be out of luck & doing no refund"...I looked at her & responded "my son's right there, give me a second pls. She was rude!
