When I paid at the pump nothing came out. No gas. I had to hang up the nozzle and slide my card again then the second time it worked. It took a long while to realize the pump wasn't going to work and having to restart the process.

Sometimes we can all do something to improve services. Highly satisfied means no room or need for improvement. Overall i was quite satisfied.
