In December after I used my Walmart/Mastercard someone stole my identity. Up to now I have not suffered damage that I know of except that the fraud department changed my card and issued a new one. I feel greatly at risk however and used a gift card today which of course gives me less discount. This is the only use I make of my W/M card so someone must have had something monitoring the pump. I always push the clear button before and after filling but I wish there was some assurance that your pumps will be safe in the future.

My wife stopped to get gas with our granddaughter and before she could open her door was approached by a man on a bike who wanted money. She was concerned with her and our granddaughters safety. He would not leave her alone so she never got out of the vehicle and she drove off. I went back to the gas station myself and talked to the assistant manager and told him what happened. He expressed his concern and apologized and said if he had seen him he would have told him to leave. This happens quite often at this location as i have witnessed myself. I asked the assistant manager why they don't have signs up saying no loitering and he said they asked for them and the request was turned down. I would think that the safety of your customers would be a concern to your company. Please try to correct this problem before something worse happens.

The cashier was rude and slamming things around because she had to go to the stock room and when she came back, I asked for another carton and she got smart and said I should have told her that to begin with and they were right above her head.
