Availability of products is very limited at times. Promotional items to purchase to get a fuel discount are usually in short supply. Location is usually not clean. Overhead roof leaks badly during rain events.

The LCD was not easily seen. The screen needs to be replaced on many of the pumps. They are damaged and virtually unreadable. Some of the receipt printers don't work. When it rains, the roof drips in many places where the pumps are and drips on your customers. Pump #9 can only be used if you go inside and pay first. Gum all over the cement. It needs a pressure washing. I'm a long time customer who retired from Chalmette Refinning LLC in 2007. I'm not changing where I buy my gas but if it gets worse, I might have to. It was great as the pump had paper in it to produce my receipt and I did not have to waste time going to the register.

I'm on oxygen 24/7, so I always go to the pump closest to the small building where the cashier is. I always pay with my Walmart girt (gas) card. My sister was visiting and gave me another gas card from Walmart. The pump did not print the reciep[t. I went into the building and told her about it. She was vwey nice and when I told her I was on oxygen she hurried to print out the receipt. Then she said the register says that I declined the receipt. Well, sdince that was one of the 2 cards I now have I went and used the other card to fill up the rest of the way. This time I made sure I pushed the right button. Same result. I went back in and she printed me out another receipt and said she would report the machine as it said the same thing., That I declined the receipt. Very good employee. I'll be back. You do have a few pumps that have bad screens on them. I get gas here all the time. Thank you. Rev. Charles A. Hudson (semi-retired)

at the pump # 10 screen was badly damaged and seem it been the way for a long time. You barely see anything on that screen .
