Some of the screens on the pumps are burned to the extent you can't read the options when you start. I need a receipt, so i could not read the options. This was on 2 pumps. I finally got to the 3rd pump and was able to get the gas. Also, this didn't happen this time, but many times the receipts don't print. So I have to go inside to get the receipt. This is very hard as I am handicapped. That and the fuel discount card from Walmart are the reasons I shop at Murphy USA gas stations. Thank you

The pump was out of paper and would not print a receipt. I had to lock my vehicle and go inside and wait for an attendant to finish a personal conversation with a friend to obtain my receipt.

The pricing is very competitive but there are many stations that are within a few penny's in price. So the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the station plays a part. It is rundown. Nearly everything needs painting or cosmetic repairs. The pumps themselves are old and the one I used leaked. Given the overall look of the station, I would not venture to use a bathroom or to enter the convenience store to make a purchase. The rest of the buildings in the shopping center surrounding the station (Walmart) are in good condition and have good upkeep so it makes the station look even that much more run down.

I'm handicapped. I have to be on oxygen 24/7. I had to get out of my car and go inside to get the receipt. The pump didn't print. this entails me getting the tank of oxygen out of the car, hooking it up and turning it on. Then doing the reverse when I get back. A lot of work and I had to wait about 3 minutes to catch my breath after I got back to the car. I get winded with any exertion.

It took over 5 minutes for the pump to actually put less than 1 gallon of gas in my car. It took over 15 minutes for me to get enough gas so I could leave. The pump was pumping so slow that many people discontinued pumping and left.
