I'm handicapped. I use a Walmart gas card to pay. I'm on oxygen 24/7. I try to get the closest pump to the building where you pay in case I have a problem. like this time, The pump did not give me a reciept, so I had to go inside to get the receipt. The attendant was very quick, indicating to me she knew the pump was out of paper. I don't know your procedures, but my guess is it's the attendant's job to change the paper. Even though she was very fast I was out of breath by the time I got back in the car and on my oxygen machine, again. I was having a bad day breathing, anyway. Thank you.

Long lines

There was no interaction with any personel. I was satisfied as far as the quantity & quality of product. I never saw an attendant so not quite sure if one was on duty. Didn't need to go inside & didn't see any lights on within. This is my favorite location when I visit New Orleans. I've just never had the time to do the survey. Only reason I have time now is I'm sitting in Tulane hospital with my sister who had surgery and she's sleeping.

Speed of service

Everytime in the last month the restroom has been out of order when the manager is working. The obvious reason; not wanting to clean it again. That mean I have to stop again before I cross the bridge into New Orleans. So why should I have to make two stops. Not logical. The Manager says it's out of order. Please send someone to fix it. Thank you for your time.

PUMPS ARE IN BAD CONDITION..SCREENS ARE HARD TO READ, DARK AND SCRATCHED, BUTTONS ARE BROKEN . HANDLES HAVE BROKEN/MISSING PARTS. WHEN PUMP IS OUT OF ORDER, IT IS NOT "BAGGED". . CONSTANTLY HAVING TO GO INSIDE FOR RECEIPT. NOBODY CARES.

Initially I put my credit card in the reader and started to pump my gas. Then an attendant came outside and told me to stop pump my gas as I needed come inside. I went inside and was told the attendant put someones payment on my pump. Then I was told I had to pay cash for the amount I had pumped in my vehicle. I went back to the pump after I waited in line for the attendant to finish talking to her boyfriend. Once I paid for the gas I returned to my vehicle and reentered my card and began pumping gas only to find out I had to go back into the store as the pump would not print my receipt. Once again I had to wait another 5 minutes before the attendant quit talking to a mail friend. The entire time period for me to pump my gas was 15 minutes. On top of it all the attendant had a bad attitude as if the I was inconvenienced about me disturbing her!

Windshield cleaning station out of water and paper towels. Receipt dispenser did not work or out of paper. This is a frequent problem.

First I went to one pump. Gotm out to fill tank and found the screen on the pump was "burned" and I could not read it. I went to another pump and filled up and the receipt did not print. I'm on oxygen 24/7. It's very difficult for me to go inside or to the window. I went to the window just as someone left and could not get the attention of the attendant. They were too busy talking to another attendant. It looked like they were arguing, but I don't know. I finally got her attention just before I passed out from lack of oxygen. She gave me the receipt thru the window and I barely got back to the car. This happens all too often. It's a major task to take my oxygen tank out of the car. Also a number of pumps have bad screens. Maybe this has something to do with why I usually don't have to wait for a pump.? I know they can do a better job of changing the papar in the pumps, also. If this happens much more I'm going to have to change where I get gas. Thank you, Rev. Charles A. Hudson
