that is the way I fill out surveys. All businesses can improve in one way or the other and if you give the highest mark then people pat themselves on the back how "great" they are and will do not more to improve. I worked for people all my life and I managed people the last of my career and that was where I learned how to fill out surveys. Thank you for your company in Levelland, Texas.

When my husband came in earlier he was charged 1.85 at pump for diesel, when the sign advertised 1.82. He had to go to the attendant in the booth and ask for an explanation. She eventually gave him his difference.

Went to two gas pumps and neither would work. The first one apparently would not accept my card (repeated "reinsert card"; the second accepted the card and went through the process but would not pump gas. Cancelled the transaction and went elsewhere. The pumps at this location are not kept in good working order. Maintenance is apparently nil.

The attendant said that I couldn't use my EBT Lonestar food stamp card to purchase my sons drinks for his school field trip. She said that Murphy's was not yet set up to accept Loneatar and I've used my Lonestar to purchase food & drinks multiple times in the past forcing me to use my debit card

Very slow service and prepaid was on the wrong pump

This is probably the second or third time I have tried to purchase fuel at this location and due to the run down condition of your pumps, was unable to purchase fuel. On one occasion, my credit card would not work. I moved to another pump and after several attempts, finally was able to get it to work. This last time, the process went through to the pumping of the fuel would not pump. I will no long move to another pump. I purchased elsewhere where the pumps are well maintained and working. (Also, I will NOT leave my credit card with the attendant at your establishment or anywhere else). I did not contact the attendant because the only solution at the time would be to move to another pump and it was much easier to go somewhere else. Been there, done it and ain't gonna do it again. (Not sure the worn out credit card slots are safe anyway.)
