I attempted to use a Wal-Mart gift card at the pump to get a per gallon discount. The card reader continued to say it did not recognize my card. This gift card had been used by myself and husband less than 24 hours before this at the same station. When I went into the attendance she was talking on her personal cell phone and did not ask me if I needed help. I had to interrupt her conversation. She attempted to swipe my gift card on her cash register but threw it on the counter top toward me and said 'you'll have to go into Wal-Mart, it's not working." She then went back to talking on her cell phone, not allowing me to ask questions.

Apparently there was an issue with the premium gas. That Tuesday was a winter weather advisory and the high was 8 deg F and negative temp wind chills. . The first pump accepted the card (standing in front of the gas station facing 69 hwy, on the far right side). It had a receipt from the previous client with $0.00. Did not think anything until it happened to me and absolutely no gas would dispense and I tried twice. Pulled over to the pump closest to the attendant station. First results was only 0.068 gallons of fuel dispenses. Tried again with another authorization and the middle grade gas, received 0.214 gallons of fuel for $0.55 cents. The attendant stepped out and I asked her if there is a problem with the pumps. She answered " with the premium gas". not even in a full sentence. I then proceeded to ask about the medium grade gas that I was using at the time, and she turned around, walked off and back into the store as she was on her personal cell phone! I take it was more important. Now there is a client inside. At this time I am cold and frustrated. I went to the local Phillips 66 and filled up my SUV. The most unprofessional and lousy service. Hang up a sign!!

Advertised price was lower than what was on pump. Took receipt to clerk and was refused a refund for the difference, this isn't the first time that we've had this problem with this station, have gotten refunds on the rest however. there wasn't a name tag on the clerk that could be seen, claim they didn't have the authority to do refunds, also refuse to put their name on the receipt or identify themselves. This station has a history of problems with keeping the advertised prices undated, usually the advertised price is higher than the pump, but have had several times that it was other wise. We where there at 17:12 in the afternoon and when we return form our trip at 20:50 the lower price was still on the sign for the gift card discount, after being told about it being wrong it was still wrong almost 4 hours later.
