My Murphy card has not been working for weeks. It will sometimes work and other times not at all. Both my wife and I have had the same problems at the pump. Card is less than a year old.

On very many visits, receipts for fuel will not print at this location. Now it is necessary for me to carry a pad and pen to note the price paid and date for my records, due to this problem with receipt print failures. The survey invitation code is shown only on printed receipts, so the issue described cannot be attributed to the visit coded for this particular survey. This feature therefore avoids feedback on absent receipt problems.
