Printer was out of paper and attendant needed help. Very busy

I was intending on paying at the pump;however, the key pad on the pump wasn't working properly. I told the person at the register about the problem they didn't apologize for the inconvenience just asked how much for I wanted to get. I was not satisfied with the customer service tonight.
