1) There was a person in a vehicle sitting at pump, I waited about 15 min. When I asked if there are was a problem, they replied..." No, I'm waiting for somebody. I told the attendant, they replied, I know I saw them.

The attendant hollered at me and gave me the wrong product. She was also very rude and disrespectful to me.

The attendant was very RUDE she always is ,I never do surveys about service because I understand everyone has bad days but she has continuously been rude.She will not acknowledge you at the window and continue to do other things while you wait for her to ring you up or purchase gas, I greet her with a good morning and she doesn't respond or just grumbles "uh huh" she doesn't have a name tag but my receipt says Taska N is her name at the 11461 Tara Blvd ,Lovejoy Walmart.Ive come several timws to see if it would change or if someone else would be working I got another attendant once and they were lovely but due to her being here the last 4 times I came I will purchase gas elsewhere

I made a mistake in reading the question, I always go to tis particular store and am always satisfied. Some times the wait is long but that is only a testimony to the prices and well as the attendants.

Murphy USA discount fuel card (Zipline) refuses to work still at the Lovejoy, GA Walmart. It's infuriating to have this card and have to go to the cashier every single time and wait for folk buying their pops and their smokes so I can get gas. Got the card because Murphy uses US gasoline and offered the discount. I no longer get gas at any other stations. But really tempted to burn the card and never come back. STILL not resolved

on the pump it states if you use your Walmart card their is a 2 cent discount!! Not this station plus the bottom section of the pump was kinda taped up So you don't notice it intil it too late!

There is NEVER any tape in the pumps. 90% of the pumps are always out of tape and it's been going on for over a year! Nobody cares that all of my neighbors, friends, etc. have complained about it but nothing is ever done. The attendant blames it on problems with the pumps. THEN FIX IT! It's been over a year for crying out loud.

This station never gives a receipt at the pump. You have to wait in line at the window to get one. How can they always be out of paper?????????

I was not greeted, nor asked to hold on momentarily. I stood there for 2 minutes before she acknowledged I was standing there and I was the only one standing there. She finally looked up from her phone and scoffed and I asked for my product. She got it scanned it said the price. I paid. At the end of transaction I said thank you and she did not at your welcome nor did she thank me and ask for me to return.

THIS IS THE FIFTH TIME THAT I HAVE HAD TO GO STAND IN LINE FOR A STUPID RECEIPT BECAUSE THE ATTENDANTS WILL NOT REGULARLY CHECK THE PUMPS TO SEE IF THEY ARE OUT. I TELL THEM EVERY SINGLE TIME IT HAPPENS AND IT EVIDENTLY GOES IN ONE EAR AND OUT THE OTHER. CHECK THOSE PUMPS !!!! BECAUSE EVERYBODY AROUND THIS STATION IS COMPLAINING OF THE SAME THING. WE ARE ALL TRYING TO SUPPORT THIS STATION, BUT IT'S LOOKING BETTER TO JUST GO ACROSS THE STREET AND PAY A COUPLE OF CENTS MORE THAN TO KEEP GOING THROUGH THIS EVERYTIME!!! I HAVE ALSO WRITTEN THIS TO YOU TWICE BEFORE SO I'm NOT SURE YOU ARE LISTENING EITHER. GOT A LOT OF PEOPLE IN THIS NEIGHBORHOOD READY TO HEAD ACROSS THE STREET IF THIS DOESN'T IMPROVE.
