My experience at Murphy USA was satisfactory since I was only making a routine purchase, I was not in search of (nor did I need) exceptional over-the-top service. I was satisfied with the cleanliness and orderliness of the exterior (where the pumps are) and interior (where the attendant was) of the Murphy establishment and will patronize Murphy's again in the near future

Nothing special happened, I ordered, paid and left.

Murphy`s station is about the lowest price gas around my area, plus it is very handy to get there.

Cashier was on the phone( not cell phone) did not acknowledge nor speak as I walk through the door. After standing at register for a couple of minutes. Cashier hung up and said I was ordering lottery for the srore. Somewhat undersrand but next time she should have asked the person to hold for one second, and then said ma'am I will be right with you. I also work with the public on a daily. Mt visit was 7:32 a.m.. Thank you! Mrs. Holmed Holmes

Well I had already paid for the gas ands going to go inside to purchase some other items and there was no attendant. the doors were open and there were already two other customers waiting and looking for the attendant. I thought something was wrong , but I later found him in the bathroom. It was a bit unsettling at first as initially I thought maybe he had been robbed or something. Had the doors been locked , then the customers would have know that he was in the bathroom and not had to look for him.

I am highly satisfied i hit the wrong button. The staff is always friendly are personable. My only complaint is that often they are out of Newport shorts in a box which given the urban community of the location should prompt who ever orders to step it up.
