pump did not print receipt, location is poorly lit at night. a lot of loitering happens at this location. people beg for money, and try to sell things from their trunks.

The people that work at this particular location are just completely horrible. Stooped to get some gas at this location, and as I was getting out of the car to go in, I saw the attendant far on the other side of parking lot. A customer was already in the store. She took her time coming back into store. Anyone could have stolen merchandise, and walked right out of store. This was very disturbing to me and unprofessional. When she finally came inside, she never greeted any of us, and her facial expression was very mean and unpleasant. Her attitude was completely unacceptable! After I paid for my gas, she just handed back receipt and never said "Thank you" or anything else. Just a nasty look. She never greeted any others that left the store or entered it. I see why so many people avoid this location. Some of the employees need to take a good customer service course.

I DO NOT know what I keep visiting this place. This is the THIRD time I have encountered a nasty, unprofessional, uncaring, rude and lame cashier. She acted as if she did not want to be at work, nor wait on customers. Her attitude sucked!! She was sloppy in appearance, and her attitude was pitiful. Never greeted me or the other customers and never said Thank you. Just handed receipt back and looked the other way. WOW!!! To make matters worse, she had her black car parked right in front of the door, making it hard for customers to get in and out. The area was completely congested. She just acted as if she didn't want to be there. Nasty, nasty attitude. I will NOT go back. I will start going to Kroger! Nasty acting employees.

Attendant by the name of "Chad" was very nasty, rude, unprofessional and GHETTO! His attitude sucked!!!! When going inside of store, he was not at register, store was unattended. He took his time coming back into store while I waited. When getting inside store. He never said, "Can I help you" or anything. He just looked at me until I spoke up. After paying for gas, he never said "Thank you" and didn't hand receipt to me. I had to ask for it, and when I did, his body language was very rude. Tore off recipient and handed it to me. Wow! I will never visit this location again. It's people like this that gives the store a BAD name. His attitude was despicable. I will make sure I go to the Kroger Fuel station a block over before I ever return to this location. HORRIBLE!

Used my Walmart credit card for the discount and the pump didn't give the discount price.
