I go to Murphy's about twice a week. It's a habit.

because of getting in and out very quickly

It's not my usual Murphy but due to work I've been using it for a couple of weeks. Every visit before another employee was working, very friendly, fast, helpful and good at anticipating needs. Today I think I caught shift change as there were two ladies, both looked a hint sloppy, both busy chatting, not really attentive to customers, just taking customer orders when one would look up from chatting to let you know you could "order". No problems, just nothing like the other lady that has been there each time I have been by. I very much dislike feeling like I am interrupting someone to be able to state my business and that's the situation with these two.

Because the credit card reader didn't work so I had to go inside and pay

Lot of people waiting in small area to be waited on.

I did have to wait in line

It was just a routine refueling stop on a return trip to home from out of state. Nothing special happened. Was happy to pull up and get diesel fuel quickly and without waiting too long. Friend went inside and got drinks, she didn't have much to say about the service inside.

It is close to where I live

I guess I was actually highly satisfied
