I am not sure which rating makes you feel I was not Highly Satisfied but I am satisfied and a repeat customer, so I am highly satisfied.

It was just alright, but nothing more than that.

I like the price and service

I do not like to go inside to get a receipt then have to wait for the cashier to come back in to get the receipt

I have been coming to the Bedford Murphy USA station for several years because of the price and the .05 discount. Suddenly, the discount is gone and the price is higher than several station that are closer to where I live. Why should I drive out of my way without incentive?

I went to Murphy for gas expecting to receive .05 cents off per gallon and was surprised to realize a new method of giving us our reward. I think you need to change back to .05 off per gallon! I was very satisfied with the way it was and do not understand why you would change a system that was working well for your consumers.
