I smelled gas

pump 1 at your Dixon, ill location continued to say I was adding fuel and the price kept going ever so slightly. with that happening a few pennies on every pump really does add up. the attendant said she would put a work order in. I still felt that you on corporate level should be aware of this. actually makes me wonder how long that it has been going on! also the pump should be shut down till fixed. ill definitely do a drive by later to see if is shut down.

I needed to buy diesel also for my heater at home. Both pumps were out of service.

Store manager did not greet me or thank me and I am a regular customer of this location

My main objection is the continuous running of the obnoxious & loud video on the pump. If I dont go back that will be the reason. Also on the day i went, the gas price was more than surrounding stations.

The attendant was not in the store and there was another customer waiting before me. The attendant was not very courteous.

The pump on the far end is almost unreadable. Could only see options on screen if you looked from the bottom up but even that was hard to see.

The TVs are this location are annoying. They are so loud. I can't even talk on my phone while I pump gas anymore. These need an on/off switch of volume control, or just get rid of them.

This location is getting dirtier each time I go. The windshield scrubbers are nothing but junk and way past warn out. The windshield washing fluid smells like toilet water and have not been cleaned everyday. The pumps are not readable and cannot be deciphered.

There should be NO SMOKING around gas pumps. The first time this happened and I said that she shouldn't be smoking by pumps- the attendant snapped back that she could after 50 Feet! This time I decided to complain about this attendant. I had already started the pump & she came outside & lit up! I couldn't get out of there fast enough!
