The last 3 times I have went in to buy lotto tickets I try and go inside and there's a big man with this big dog blocking the door. He's not buying anything, he is inside the building with his dog taking up space that is too small to begin with. #1: I don't like a stinky dog rubbing all over my black dress pants. #2: he shouldn't have the dog in there when he's not blind. and #3: he's not even buying anything. he goes around picking cans out of the garbage everywhere. I can take my business elsewhere if you prefer. Maybe your cashier thinks its rude to tell him the dog is not aloud but if you don't want to lose business (not only from me) then you will make sure no dogs aloud.

The station attendant was smoking a cigarette within 10 feet of the pump I was using to pump fuel into my vehicle. I told her to please either put out the cigarette or move more than 30 feet (outside the area of fumes emitted from the fueling process). She refused.
