Simply because in the past I have encountered low energy or rude cashiers when I would pay at the window. This is why I now only pay at the pump which I should tell you could possibly reduce future purchases. But I would rather pay at the pump and avoid rudeness then make insignificant small purchases at the window. Also, the close quarters of the pumps make sure really hard to get in and out without coming in close contact with other vehicles.

I was satisfied. The pump was not operating correctly.

Because I was at the cashier and the lady would not turn on the pump until I paid.that was a waste of time when my husband could have had the gas pumped while I was standing there to getting other products at the cash register.

Because it has a outside store

It's not you. It's the price of fuel, especially with this last spill. As for cleanliness, it's impossible to keep up with everything, as you are so busy. But the station overall is fine.

A lot of customers present, however I prefer this location as I can fill my gas tank and top it off and pay at the register. When I use a credit card at the pump, sometimes an extra charge or hold is placed on my bank account which I do not like. Thus I will continue to use Murphy as long as I can pay at the register option.

Because sometimes the people that works there not friendly. They act like it kills them to speak or smile sometimes. There is time they have had pumps block to where you can't get any. Because they are filling up the drink coolers on the side that you get gas.

I was over all pleased

Too much stuff around cashiers office. Gas pricing in general are too high, Murphys can't help that, parking lot is often congested because people trying to buy tobacco products only; because of this transactions & people trying to get gas, lines are too long at window

I don't like ethanol in gas
