No fluid in container for washing windshield. Fluid sll frozen, not serviceable.

I live in close proximity to this location. Out of convenience I am a regular customer. Over the years Ive seen many excellent workers come and go. Your company has been fortunate to have some hardworking dedicated people through it (Cadillac store). One in particular named Kristin was so friendly, customers including myself and wife would go out of our way to go there. She nearly always sold me something I didnt intend on purchasing and I was cool with that. The attendant Shannon Mari that was on duty at this visit is also very friendly, expedient and ultimately makes the visit a pleasure. If one thing keeps me from your store, its my inclination that these wonderful people are not treated with the same care, that they treat your business and customers with.

There were two windshield solutions on the ground sideways. I picked them up, some tops missing or broken tops. None were leaking. There may have been too many stacked out there. It didn't really bother me.
