The lot was not very inviting and it was dirty.

The pump reader or the cashier would not accept our credit card. We had to use our debit card.

I was trying to use what was left on my credit card and then use my debit card. The cashier shannon marr seemed like she had no clue what a split payment was or how to do it and ended up charging everything to my debit card. I feel like she was not properly trained on split payments or much of anything for that matter. I think she’s new but the other person with her was no help and left her alone at the register. I’m not in anyway satisfied with the service I received today.

Used my Walmart credit card at the pump. Was supposed to receive Walmart customer price of 2.339. Instead was charged regular price of 2.369. When I brought problem to attention of attendant, I was told to contact credit card company. Credit Card company says they have nothing to do with the problem, that it is up to Murphy to correct the problem. I have spent nearly 45 minutes of my time trying to correct this problem and it is still not resolved. I really, really, really do not appreciate getting a run-around.

I used a Walmart charge card expecting at least a 3 to 10 cent discount but received NO discount. Price was diesel 2.29.9 while competition was 2.219. I doubt I will use your service frequently in the future. Ben Wolford 231-839-5341 bmaw40@chartermi.net

I tried to wash my windshield, the New washer and squeegee stick is too heavy and too short. The squeegee also doesn't squeegee very well!!!! When I finally got done with it there were so many streaks I could hardly see through the Window. I spoke with the cashier/attendant, she said they were switched because the plastic ones were a tripping hazard. If they weren't on the ground, people wouldn't trip on them!!!!! This is a great concern for me and if I can't wash my windows properly, I will take my business elsewhere. Even if the price is higher and it's not convenient!!!!!!!

Asked attendant why pump wouldn't work, didn't answer me. Went back to pump didn't work. Asked attendant again,,,finally answered me. No emotions from employee what so ever. Well when I left she said watch out for the flood on the floor when you leave.

I used to get Five cents off with the Credit card that I was using. With your new system, I do not get a satisfactory discount. I will buy my gas a t another location from now on.
